Data hosting
Data hosting Our site is hosted on AWS based in London and deployed using Github pages. No data is collected directly using the site itself. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, this is done using appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
Kita as data processor
Kita processes user personal data based on user consent in accordance with UK GDPR.

We collect some information about you to help us provide our services. We only collect what we need to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely.

How long we keep information

- Hosting/Storage Provider (UK): Secure data hosting and storage
- Forms (Ireland): GSuite enterprise forms
All processors are bound by data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.
International data transfers
Where necessary, we transfer personal information outside the UK with appropriate safeguards in place (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Data may be processed in:
- European Economic Area (Ireland)
- United States (with SCCs)
- Singapore (with SCCs)
